Monroe Street, Bay City, MI  48708 4.  Receive Cremation Society of Mid-Michigan Registration      Certificate & Wallet Card 5.  Your Membership Registration is complete!     At time of death: 1.  Immediately notify Cremation Society of      Mid-Michigan at (888) 273-3553 2.  Arrangements for transporting the deceased to our      holding facility are coordinated 4.  We obtain the cremation permit 5.  The deceased is taken to the crematory & cremated 6.  The cremated remains are returned in a standard container to the     survivors or handled according to specific written instructions.
