Duane passed away March 23, 2024 at the age of 64. He was born March 30,1959 to the late Don & Donna Woolley.

He is survived by husband, Allan Cummings; children, Dawn Woolley, Debi (Ernie) Davis, Darcie Woolley, Doug (Jess) Woolley, and Andrew Woolley; many many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister, Debbie (Mike) Shouse; brother, Daniel Woolley with whom he shared a birthday; and a sister, Theresa Halloun. He has many more family members and friends galore. Duane enjoyed time with family and friends, playing dice, just being surrounded by those he loved, and his bar family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Denise Woolley; brother, David Woolley; and his granddaughter, Jestina Davis.
